Position Summary Details

The General Maintenance Technician will complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs on janitorial equipment

BASIC FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY:ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician is responsible to completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, electrical, and other equipment, systems or structures. Performs daily, weekly and monthly rounds and inspections.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and stand; Climb; Bend forward; Kneel; during their assigned shift. Ability to lift, carry, push/pull and transport 5+ pounds at least 75% of the shift to complete physical tasks related to responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available
